Do you manufacture anything other than mantels?
Mantels are the primary product that we manufacture, but we also build colonnades (column room dividers), interior/exterior columns (virtually any size and configuration), harvest tables (built out of new or salvaged wood), pier mirrors (grand hallway/entry way mirrors), etc.
What size of a mantel should I get?
Make sure you check your local building code and that can give you a starting point. From there give us your overall dimensions and we can work from there.
I saw a picture in a magazine of a mantel that I like, could you reproduce it?
Sure, just send us a photo or drawing of what you want, along with a general size and we will give you a quote.
Can you build out of different woods?
We normally build out of poplar, quarter sawn oak, mahogany, and cherry, and some models are available in salvaged heart pine. We can build in almost any wood on a custom order.
Are all of your mantels custom?
Our catalog contains over 40 different styles of mantels, pier mirrors, and colonnades, in stock sizes. We can alter measurements on all of our pieces, as well as building totally custom pieces. Needless to say, it is less expensive to choose one of our standard styles.
