Our normal hours of operation are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday - Friday eastern standard time, by appointment on Saturday and Sunday. If you plan on visiting us or one of our dealers, ensure you bring your fireplace measurements:

• Firebox measurement (physical hole in the wall), width and height
• Wall that mantel will be mounted to, width and height
• Size of hearth (if applicable), width, height, and depth
• Nearest objects, door or window frame, etc., distance on wall from fire box
• Type of fireplace, drywall, dry stack, river rock, brick, etc
• size and projection of brick or marble around firebox, width, height, and depth
